Brandon Berrett brings over 23 years of global human resources and operations leadership to the AiiN Board, with a proven track record across East Africa, West Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. As a seasoned international NGO professional, Brandon has directed complex, muli-million-dollar HR and compliance initiatives, connecting people, policy, and performance in high-stakes environments.Brandon’s commitment to empowering communities and his deep experience in large-scale nonprofit operations make him a strong strategic asset for AiiN’s Board. He believes deeply in creating systems and structures that allow the voices and needs of vulnerable populations to be heard, served and uplifted.
